It’s that time of year again when people start asking, “How do I renew my Rod and Gun Membership?”
Here is an easy step by step guide to make sure you are not on the outside of the gate looking in when you want to go shoot at the range in 2027.
#1 This is where you send your E transfer and it is set up for Auto Deposit with Envision so no password is required.
#2 Create an E Transfer for $125 if you want a Single Membership, or $150 if you want a Family Membership.

Put your Name, Email, and Cell phone Number (Don’t skip this step)
It makes it hard when the only thing I get is –
You have received an E Transfer from ‘Shotgun’
Envision does not tell me what your name or Email is unless that is the way you set up the header on your account. All information is stripped off and I just get a Notice of Deposit with the amount.
After a lot of feedback from Members this year I will make a point of sending a confirmation Email to you that your money was received by the Club and your membership is good for 2027.
If Life has happened to you and your Email, Cell Phone, Home Phone, Home Address, Mailing Address, Spouse or Dog has changed in the past year, please fill out an application form (On our Website) and either Email it as a PDF file to the same Email address or put it in the mail. If we don’t know how to get back to you, we don’t get back to you…

As long as we get it by December 31 I will send you a confirmation Email that your 2027 Membership is good.
Every year we get an E Transfer or a couple of envelopes with a cheque in it from a person with a different name on it than the Member they are trying to help out. PLEASE tell us who it is for. John LINZA had a prodigious memory of who was who and living with who. I can’t remember what I had for breakfast.
If you forget, sadly, there will be a $50 New Member Fee imposed after January 1st and your application will go into the New Member Application pile in the order it is received. And yes, both the Post Office and the computer put a date stamp on these things, so it’s kind of hard to argue this point. The mail is picked up from our mail box every day after Christmas and the first week of January.
If you get a moment in November or December to renew your membership, that would be great. Remember there is no prize for Closest to Midnight on December 31st, but we did have two contestants last year. Don’t be ‘That Guy’
