Membership

Membership Renewal

Membership renewals are due by December 31 of each year. Members who fail to renew must apply as a NEW member, be subject to the $50.00 registration fee, and subject to space availability. Pro-rated membership fees are not available.

You may send your renewal payment by mail to PO Box 517, Hope, BC V0X 1L0, or pay by e-Transfer. See below for renewal rates and e-Transfer requirements.

Membership Benefits

  • No Daily User Fee
  • $10M Liability Insurance
  • Use of the Firearms Range
  • Use of the Archery Range

Annual Membership Fees

The current annual fees are as follows:

  • $115.00 for Single Membership
  • $125.00 for Family Membership (Includes spouse and children under 18 years)
  • $50.00 Registration (A one-time initiation fee for applications as new members)

Becoming a Member

  1. Download and complete the Hope Rod & Club Membership Application
  2. Submit your application by e-mail to info@hbcrgc.org, or mail it to PO Box 517, Hope, BC V0X 1L0 (applications are not accepted at club meetings–you must submit the form by e-mail or letter mail)
  3. Payment can be included with your mailed application, or sent by e-Transfer
  4. To send payment by e-Transfer:
    1. Create an e-Transfer recipient for hoperodandgun2023@gmail.com (this account has automatic deposit, so no need to provide a security answer)
    2. Include all of the following information in the e-Transfer comment field:
      • Your name
      • Your email address
      • Your cell phone number

      Note: If you cannot provide all 3, please do not use this method–mail your payment to the address mentioned above instead

Once your application has been approved, a membership ID and gate swipe card will be mailed to you.

Guests

Members are welcome to bring non-member guests to the range. The fee for each guest is $5, which covers liability insurance. Guests are required to sign-in upon entry to the range.
